(1) Compared with other forms of chimneys, cluster chimneys have higher cost, longer construction period, and certain demand for land area, which is suitable for large and medium-sized factories;
(2) The area and shape of the top of the chimney are determined by the temperature of the smoke, the volume of the smoke, the speed of the smoke flow and the height of the smoke rise;
(3) The net space between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder must have an installation space, as well as a space for the steel inner cylinder to enter the segment and a hole;
(4) The inner steel cylinder must be able to withstand extreme temperatures, including steady and transient changes, be able to withstand the chemical corrosion of smoke and to withstand the wear of particles in the smoke stream, so the inner cylinder must have a certain thickness.
